The Royal Masonic School for Girls (RMS) is a thriving independent girls' day and boarding school set in over 300 acres of parkland. Founded in 1788 by Chevalier Ruspini, RMS is one of the oldest girls’ schools in the country.

The School moved twice in London before settling in the beautiful grounds of Rickmansworth Park in 1938. The School was purpose built on its site, making the most of its generous land. When the School was designed, the size, scale and quality of the buildings were generous to a fault. With over 3000 trees, rolling grassland and exceptional facilities, RMS offers a range of flexible spaces for hire such as the impressive Great Hall, the acoustically magnificent Chapel and the stunning Dining Hall. Many of these rooms still boast their original wood panelled walls, parquet flooring and art deco features. The available spaces are ideal for diverse events including concerts, lectures, large weddings and celebrations, exhibitions and filming. There is a state of the art Sports Centre which is available for hire for clubs and large sporting events. We also offer residential hire, with 180 beds available in our boarding houses. Whatever your event, The Royal Masonic School for Girls will be able to assist. We look forward to hearing from you.
