Close to all major travel links, Blundell’s School has a range of beautiful buildings available for hire. With seven boarding houses with an approximate 450 bed capacity, the school is able to tailor packages to suit any requirement. With our onsite catering team providing first class food and service we can host conferences through to extravagant dinners. Our venues include Big School with a capacity close to 400 and our purpose built Ondaatje theatre with a capacity of nearly 180, allowing us the ability to accommodate not only smaller more intimate groups but also large conferences and productions. Couple this with our amazing sporting facilities which allow us to host rugby, cricket and hockey festivals amongst other sporting events and set against the backdrop of the 1882 school buildings and chapel, Blundell’s School offers a unique blend, making it the perfect venue for any event.

By air – there are regional airports at both Bristol (60mins) and Exeter (20mins). Coaches operate every 30 minutes between Heathrow and Reading railway station which allows direct train services to Tiverton Parkway. By rail - Tiverton Parkway is on the Paddington to Penzance mainline, hence no change of train required (and only a 6 minute taxi journey to Blundell’s); 60 minutes from Bristol, 75 minutes from Plymouth and 120 minutes from London. By road - Blundell’s School is 6 minutes from Junction 27 of the M5. Take the A 361 (North Devon Link Rd) towards Barnstaple. Take the first exit signed to Tiverton (after 5 miles) and at the second roundabout take the B 3391 towards Halberton.Travel Information
